We moved into our new house last week.
Here is a nice picture of the hall the day we moved in. Pretty messy, but you can see we’ve got some nice wooden cabinets built into the wall.
…I wonder what we could put in those.
Mmmmm, board games.
Mmmmm, roleplaying games.
I found another couple of boxes of games after these pictures were taken. It’s safe to say that we’ve run out of game space in these cabinets now. I’m not sure what we’re going to do when we inevitably buy more.
We have a whole shelf of D&D (spanning several editions), which we rarely touch now. But those are memorabilia. They must be preserved. Same goes for the White Wolf books.
I guess we’re just going to have to get another cabinet.
Question is… do we have enough games?
I mean what if one of us were made redundant or if the internet stopped working… would this see us through ?
You’re right, and to help fix the problem I bought us a copy of Shock this morning.
Thank goodness. I feel better now.
You could always keep the ‘memorabilia’ stuff in boxes instead of in the cabinet…
Pah, heresy. You can’t just go packing stuff away in boxes, you may as well burn them. Besides, I’m sure I’ll find a use for my 2nd edition monstrous compendium appendix 3 at some point.
There’s got to be a good game you can play with monstrous compendium appendix pages. (Other than AD&D…)
What no Firefly boardgame?
Nope! Should I get it? Haven’t come across it before.
